Then we come to your office and review where your firm actually stands against the specific state and federal rules that reach you — your regulators, your data, your size. You get a written report in plain English: what’s in place, what’s missing, and the level that fits. It’s yours to keep, whether or not you ever hire Briggs IT.
This happens before any recurring work begins. If you have internal or outside IT, we guide them through the changes and verify each one; if you don’t, we build it in a scoped, defined, and billable remediation and implementation phase — a phase with an end, not us becoming your IT.
Recurring maintenance keeps the built program up to date as rules, staff, and vendors change — because you can’t maintain a mess, which is why the fixing comes first.
