Request your Compliance Readiness Review

One working session, at your office, walking through where your firm actually stands against the rules that reach you — no generic checklist, no sales pitch. It starts with your firm’s data: you complete a short questionnaire before we schedule, because without that groundwork an effective review isn’t possible. If your documentation isn’t in place yet, we can gather it for you in an optional on-site session — a separate, billable engagement, with the written documentation prepared afterward for you to keep. Either way, you keep the written findings whether or not you ever hire us. To get started, call 832-304-1850 or email jbriggs@briggsitservices.com.

How the Compliance Readiness Review works

First, we gather and review

You complete a short questionnaire before we schedule — we don’t put a review on the calendar until we have your firm’s data, because without it an effective review isn’t possible. If your documentation isn’t in place yet, we can gather it for you in an optional on-site session, a separate billable engagement. Then we come to your office and review where your firm actually stands against the specific state and federal rules that reach you — your regulators, your data, your size. You get a written report in plain English: what’s in place, what’s missing, and the level that fits. It’s yours to keep, whether or not you ever hire Briggs IT.

Then, if you want it, we help you close the gaps

This happens before any recurring work begins. If you have internal or outside IT, we guide them through the changes and verify each one; if you don’t, we build it in a scoped, defined, and billable remediation and implementation phase — a phase with an end, not us becoming your IT.

Then we keep it current

Recurring maintenance keeps the built program up to date as rules, staff, and vendors change — because you can’t maintain a mess, which is why the fixing comes first.
